Position Overview

As an expanding Platinum Salesforce Partner we are looking to recruit a talented, motivated and charismatic Project Manager to join our London based team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Yo­u’ll need to be able to manage resource allocation, budget and scope across multiple projects and be proactive in communicating any changes to this both internally and externally. You’ll also be the assigned clients’ first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
  1. Successfully managing the relationship with the client throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between client and vendor organisation at all times
  2. Ensuring the services delivered conform to what has been contractually agreed with client and and monitoring the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget
  3. Acting as the escalation point when issues arise with clients resources / services and managing any dispute or conflict proactively;
  4. Reporting internally to PMO on project performance (project delivery, progress, etc.).
  5. Managing client resource planning and addressing resources performance issues


Project Management: 
  • Managing projects which include project kickoff prep, pre reqs planning
  • Project admin work such as project plan and email templates;
  • Client communication on project timeline, progress and risks/issues
  • Internal communication to make sure work is properly delivered in a timely manner;
  • Making sure client invoices are paid on time in the project timeline
  • Project closure and post project follow up
  • Maintaining the work plan within the PPM software used
  • Overseeing the progress and profitability of projects throughout the life cycle and ability to generate reports for this both internally and externally


Admin and Operational work:
  • Managing the financial aspects of the contract (billing for services, following-up on payments etc.)
  • Any other admin and operational tasks


Salesforce Consultancy:
  • Learn how Salesforce works, its benefits and what their products do
  • Passing the required exams including ADM


Account Management:
  • Successful client relationship management throughout the project duration
  • Acting as the main point of contact between client and project team
  • Managing the client success of the project and obtaining AppExchange reviews post implementation


Metrics & Reporting:
  • % profitability of projects run
  • % util across projects run
  • Actual vs Planned work
  • Reporting on project performance (delivery, progress, util etc.) and generating weekly RAG reports both internally and externally


Business Development:
  • Manage a project backlog and upsell based on said requirements


Reports To:
  • Head of PMO


Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least 2 years project management experience within IT sector
  • Experience with liaising with clients both F2F and remotely
  • Exceptional organisational and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, be proactive and take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively with onshore/offshore resource
  • Happy to travel for client meetings (mostly UK)
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Problem-solving aptitude


  • Experience and knowledge with Salesforce platform
  • BSc/BA in Business or similar field
  • Experience in customer service
