Ceterna is looking to add multiple Account Executives to the team! In this position you will be focused on hunting new businesses and increasing revenue. You will be managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, we are looking to bring on an Account Executive who is a proven hunter and closer.
- Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients proactively
- Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
- Retain and grow revenue from existing clients
- Understand businesses across different industries and how they work
- Understand how IT and Cloud Solutions help build solving business problems and boosting sales for our clients, together with giving advice on how businesses can grow with our solution
- Present business solutions and value to clients to help them in front of an audience of C-level executives together with business user level
- Utilize our CRM to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals
- Generate account and business plans to achieve sales forecasts
- Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
- 6-8 Years of experience selling IT solutions especially SaaS, Paas and Iaas
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Able to utilize Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese is essential
- Experience of Face-to-Face selling
- Experience selling Cloud CRM solutions such as Salesforce and Microsoft
